Two at a Time Socks WorkshopDownTown Knits
Prevent Second Sock Syndrome and knit identical socks with the two at a time method! In this workshop style class you'll learn the mechanics of knitting socks two at a time on a long circular needle. You can also use this method for sleeves!

Time: 1pm - 3pm

Cost: $25.00 + materials. Materials to be purchased at DTK
Skill Level Pre-req: Student MUST have sock knitting experience and MUST be comfortable with Magic Loop Method.
Skills Learned: Casting on and working two at a time socks, including a discussion of heel turns.
Pattern: No specific pattern required - please come prepared with one to cast on.
Yarn recommendation: See your chosen pattern for yarn recommendation; self-striping not recommended for this workshop. While you can pull yarn from both ends of one ball, beginner two at a time knitters usually have an easier time with a skein split into two balls. If you need a skein split, please drop it off with us a week before class.
Needles: Your chosen needle size in a 40" circular.
